ADHD Group Coaching Program

Our coaching program runs for 8 consecutive weeks and will provide education, skills, and support for managing and thriving with ADHD. Each week, you will be introduced to the following themes: executive functions, time management, emotion regulation, relationships, procrastination management, planning and prioritizing, CBT, and mindfulness. and accommodations for work and university.

Tracy is a Registered Social Worker and Certified ADHD Life Coach with extensive experience as a mental health and substance use counsellor. She has completed CADDRA’s Evidence Based ADHD Program for Health Care Providers and has extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She has facilitated group workshops for over 17 years, including Respectful Relationships programming, and has a history of activism in her community and abroad. Tracy has been dedicated to learning about ADHD since her own diagnosis at the age of 50. She understands the complexities of living with ADHD at a mature age, and can therefore use both personal and professional experience to strengthen her connection with clients and build a mutually collaborative relationship. Tracy is passionate about using ACT approaches to care because she has seen great success in her clients’ abilities to make behavior changes when they are strengths-based and grounded in personal values. She utilizes self-compassion interventions as a foundation for improving clients’ wellness and overall life satisfaction. Tracy also enjoys working with people to enhance their communication skills and develop their own unique leadership style.
